AZAM TARARR THE LAWYER OF NAWAZ SHARIF said that he has submitted application to the court that Nawaz Sharif is the main accused in three cases he should be indicted in one charge. He said that he has requested to the court that Nawaz Sharif case should be revisited.
NAYYAR BUKHARI OF PPPP said that the court has not decided to combine the cases against Nawaz Sharif as yet. He said that it seems that cases against Nawaz Sharif will be referred back to the high court. He said that Nawaz Sharif is not appearing infront of the court using different excuses. He said that if Nawaz Sharif is innocent he will like to have speedy trial otherwise he will like to drag the cases against him.
He said that there are many other former PM’s in Pakistan but nobody gets the kind of protocol Nawaz Sharif is given.
SALMAN AKRAM RAJA LAW EXPERT said that if Nawaz Sharif children have started three businesses with his money only one case should be registered not three. He said that three cases are registered against Nawaz Sharif because his children bought three different properties.
He said that the constitution of Pakistan does not say that a disqualified person cannot head a political party.
He said that hereditary politics in Pakistan is common because one person gets the confidence of the people and then his family also joins the politics. He said that we cannot expect political parties system like in Britain because in Pakistan every eight or ten years one person take over the power and disrupted the system.
ZAEEM QADRI OF PML-N said that Nawaz Sharif is the president of PML-N and he was elected by show of hands by the party workers. He said that Shahbaz Sharif is number two in the party if something goes against Nawaz Sharif he will become the president of the party. He said that nobody has any objection of Shahbaz Sharif leading the party. He said that people love Nawaz Sharif that is the reason why they come to give protocol to him.
FAWAD CH OF PTI said that if a decision is given in the favor of Nawaz Sharif nobody talks about it but if it is otherwise they call it a conspiracy. He said that Hussain and Maryam Nawaz have billions in their bank accounts they have to justify it. He said that Maryam Nawaz said in an interview that her family is rich because her grandfather was very rich and left them lot of money. He said that Mian Sharif had other children as well how much money they have received from the heritage.
